I was initially skeptical, but Temi was adamant that Jeremy could get me to closing within 20 days. Navy Federal Mortgage Company financed my other house five years ago, and I had no problems. It was a smooth transition, although it took 35 days to close and go to settlement. I spoke with Jeremy, and he started working as I talked to him on the phone about getting me to closing in 20 days. Jeremy was very professional and upfront, and he explained everything to me, especially when he needed documents that I thought I had supplied to them. Still, I needed an in-depth search to get him the documents to get me to the closing settlement. Jeremy was understanding after I explained to him earlier that I was still in law enforcement, and it may take me some time to get the documents, but it will be the same day or late at night. The communication was consistent. There was no breakdown or misunderstanding on my part, and Jeremy was extremely kind enough to explain everything to me. Jeremy is a people person. He didn't get agitated or upset like most people would've. in situations where it's not fully understood. Jeremy just know I'm your billboard and public relations person cause I'm letting everyone know within my agency and others that I'm associated with how great of work you did for me with Envoy Mortgage Company.
