Jeff has the ability to be very personable while maintaining a high level of professionalism. He touched base with us when necessary, but wasn't overbearing at any point. He was prompt when responding to our messages and seemed to be available at pretty much any time, any day. Early on in the process, he talked through strategy of selling our old house vs renting, and how that might getting a new loan. He was very helpful in aiding us to see our different options.
