Our company began in 1997 as First Houston Mortgage, headquartered in Houston, Texas.
In 2008, with an annual loan volume of $700 million and a staff of 350, independent mortgage company, First Houston Mortgage, officially became Envoy Mortgage.
The Envoy team is now more than 1,000 employees strong, serving more than 130 communities in 49 states across the U.S. Our annual loan volume is now more than $4 billion. We offer a full menu of loan products and are a Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae-approved seller/servicer.
