Quick responding and adapting to changes.

Continuous follow ups. Proactive. Staying informed and setting thenpace. Would 've liked to have more insight to the interest rate value as I have friends currently having better rates quoted. Hoping to refinance soon to something more competitive

Jen Ingram was very personable and followed up and checked in with me constantly theoughout the process. she even took time to explain things to me and texted me on closing day from her vacation to make sure things were going well. thats customer service!
