Vicki went absolutely above and beyond to help us make our home purchase happen. Our journey was a long one that ended in our dream home. Vicki helped us submit multiple offers and crunch multiple loan scenarios. Vicki helped me, a novice, understand interest rates, buy down rates, and market fluctuations. We have had a mortgage with a big bank before and they barely spent any time working with us. The experience was stressful and impersonal. I was always left confused and uneasy.
