Jake is great, very personable talking to, has a good sense of humor. Always accessible, get back to me even in off hours. His senior processor was very helpful too, talked to me and explained the important points. The only thing needs to improve is someone who enter our information made typos that can't be corrected.

John was prompt and informative. Would highly recommend.

Gwen did an amazing job! She was always quick to respond with answers to our questions, even on the weekends. Her advice was professional and helpful. When we went to pay our down payment, Gwen's intentional overestimation got us back several thousand dollars. We will definitely recommend Gwen to anybody who would be buying a home in the future!!

Fast communication when I needed it. Eric didn't get affended when I asked him to speak slower...I wear hearing aides and have a hard time understanding fast speakers. He was also helpfuk helpful when it came to technology. Some of us senior citizens get lost in the process and need guidance when it comes to sending and receiving important documents difitally. Eric was very patient.
