Always received an answer to every inquiry we had with details and follow-up. I felt the online portal prices was relatively easy and user friendly. Letter for pre-qualification was professional and fast. Never felt like we were behind but rather ahead of schedule.

Our path to purchasing this home has been long and we weren't sure if we would buy or build. Michael helped us every step of the way as we researched options, determined what we could afford, and helped us know and understand all the rates, prices and variables . He was quick to respond, knowledgeable and helped us navigate all the steps. We can't thank him enough!
