We had significant challenges with 2 other lenders prior to working with Eric. The first, we made it to the final stages, and they found out the manufactured home we were buying had been moved and they couldn't do the loan, so they referred us to another lender who could. We made it to the final stages with this second lender, and they pushed back the closing date multiple times. My husband has child support payments, which they knew about through the entire process, and on our closing date were still arguing with the title company about how the loan would be written according to Oregon law with child support payments. On closing day, they agreed they could do it if we paid off $30,000, but were still not agreeing with how the loan needed to be written. Thankfully, our realtor knew Eric, explained the situation to him, and referred us to him as he said he could do the loan no problem knowing the whole situation.
The whole process was a nightmare until we got set up with Eric. He streamlined the whole process. Communication was clear and quick, and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and forthcoming with accurate information whenever we had questions. There were no requirements to pay off any large sums of money, or any issues writing the loan with child support payments. There were no issues sprung on us at the last minute. While our previous lender appeard to be unprofessional, uniformed, and even shady, Eric was nothing but professional, well-informed, and forthcoming. He had our loan completed within 3 weeks. Thanks to Eric we now own our home and we are forever grateful to him. He was wonderful and we recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
