It was great from beginning to end, Melisa explained to me the different programs that were out there and which ones we might qualify for and benefit the most from using. Once she helped with the ground work and application. I also appreciated the short videos that explained the steps as we went thru them, it made it better to understand the process.
Katie Moore was fantastic in communicating with me what materials the underwriters needed and was quick to reply whenever I sent you anything.

Paul and his co-workers were very professional and courteous. Also, everything was handled very quickly and efficiently, which was nice. I would highly recommend Paul and his team anytime.

Coleman was very accessible and easy to get hold of. If he was not available immediately, we could leave a message and he always was very prompt with returning calls and explaining where we were in the process.

Peggy was Awesome!! Everything ran so smoothly, she kept me updated, and informed on the entire process, and answered any questions that I had. I would highly recommend her ?
