This is the 4th time I have worked with Steve to get or refinance a mortgage. Steve is very attentive and is always on top of things?which is very important in this turbulent economic environment! I highly recommend Steve.

Travis was extremely easy to communicate with, via email, text, calls, etc. The application and follow up collection of documentation was incredibly easy. Travis was available at just about anytime, day or night, in sickness and in health, til death do... wait, disregard that last bit. Bottom line, Travis and Envoy were awesome. And all during the craziness that is COVID-19.

Love the emailed progress updates and Steve and his staff make it such a fluid transaction. This is our third transaction with Steve Dinelli and each time was perfect!

Andrew has a very quick response time and he is honest. His estimates were accurate and he doesn?t ?beat around the bush?. He is very comfortable to work with and we obviously recommend his service.

We recommend Jackie and her support team at Envoy Mortgage to anyone comparing their service to another company. We didn't know a legal problem we had, was not resolved until Late January 2020, Jackie hanged on with us from June 2019 until now. That is called commitment and personal care, and in South Florida, the real estate inventory decline made it tougher. But with Jackie, it was carefree all of the time.

All my questions were answered when I asked them, if they didn't know it they would find out and get back to me as quickly as possible. I felt very confident on giving out my personal information knowing that they would keep it confidential and I would really recommend them with anybody that needs a loan.
