Using Gary and Envoy Mortgage was a nice change of pace for me. Instead of using the bigger companies for my mortgage, I went with somebody more local and it was great. He was always there and answered all of my questions throughout the whole process. With a bigger company, you usually have to wait for them to make time for you, but it was really different with Gary. Communication is key and communication is what I received. Thank you Gary
