I started the process of buying a house with quicken loans. When I got my third disclosure with an increase in the closing costs, I sent it to my realtor and she called Matt at 11 at night and he reviewed them right away. He explained that he could beat their rate and fees and the next day had an estimate that blew quicken out of the water. And I just closed yesterday and that quote was spot on. Matt was available at all hours of the day and night and I couldn?t recommend him more!!!

Jeff Tanaka gives such an "above and beyond" personal experience. He makes the client feel important and produces a very smooth transition from beginning to end. I recommend his services any chance I get!

Envoy mortgage has closed two purchases for me and was great. when rates dropped I shopped around to try and get the best rate ,after being frustrated with another lender that was taking to long I called kris bass and she was able to get me a better rate and closed in 3 weeks. Great experience.

Stephen stayed late one evening by 1.5 hours to explain every detail of the loan with us and I could not recommend him more. In fact I?ve already recommended him to two of my girlfriends who will be looking for homes and refinancing soon. He is so nice and helpful. We can?t express our gratitude enough!
