Sarah made the process of applying for a mortgage easy. She was also able to use information from a previous transaction that helped expedite the application. Signing off on documents using esign was very convenient. Sarah always got back to me when I had questions even during non business hours.

Travis helped me with my second home purchase. After purchasing my first home, using a different mortgage company, I was nervous as the previous company I used did not provide me with a great service. However, once I started the process with Travis, I was quickly able to see that this would be a smooth and much more enjoyable process. Travis was kind, genuine, and very knowledgeable. From start to finish Gwen has been very informative and helpful with any questions we had about the home buying process. Unfortunately we chose a home just as the covid19 pandemic was coming into everyone's lives and we decided to push through with the assurance from Gwen that everything was going to work out and we would get through it together and we did.
