Jeff was proactive in calling me to tell me about rates and opportunity to save money. Easy seem less process from beginning. We even talked at 8pm on a Sunday. He always answers his phone or calls right back. I would and will use Envoy again because of Jeff !

Cheryl was friendly and helpful from day one! We were initially in contact with another mortgage company but she was more helpful within the first 5 minutes of our very first phone call than the gentleman we had been working with for weeks! It seemed like fate, we hadn?t been able to find ?the one? but as soon as we had Cheryl on our team we found our dream home and just like that she was on board and got the ball rolling to help us buy our new home! The process was very smooth. E-signing eliminates taking time off of work to sign docs. Kept us up to date with how the process was going. Always quick to answer questions!

Tom is fantastic - he?s a great communicator who makes you feel completely comfortable through the whole process. He?s incredibly patient in giving advice and answering any questions. I highly recommend Tom and his team.
