Sam did an excellent job for us in this transaction starting almost a year ago when we weren't even financially ready to make a purchase. He kept in touch and gave us guidance so we were able to eventually close on a property. Fast Forward to the actual transaction, Sam kept in constant contact with milestones of the process and what additional information he needed from us. He interfaced with the sellers agent and title and kept the whole process smooth and stress free. Great job

Jonathan made the entire process easy to understand and complete. He walked us through all documents and made sure we knew what to expect every step of the way. He is very reachable and we were always able to get our questions answered timely to continue in the process. He offered many options to solve problems with funding to ensure our closure happened on time.

sarah was amazing to work with!!! She was incredibly responsive to emails, easy to understand and was very clear in every communication we had with her. Brandon had our loan closed before 30 days. He was always available to answer questions and make sure we stayed on track. We also received a very good interest rate with fair loan fees. Highly recommend using him!

Neil was very informative and knowledgeable about the refinance process. Overall, my experience with Neil was very good and the only problem that I would recommend that Neil work on is his communication with his customers. However, I can't say that the misunderstanding that I had with Neil was not the fault of someone giving him misinformation. Neil was always available and responsive to any and all questions that I had during the process. I would feel very comfortable referring Neil to anyone.

From the first meeting with Julie and meeting with the real estate agent, everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleased with my decision to let envoy with my Journey to purchase my home.

Our local bank decided to drop us because she didn?t feel like working and couldn?t give us a documents to make a bid on a house Joel had our pre approval letter in a matter of minutes!
