I felt well informed during the process. Lynn did a great job with identifying the correct product for our situation and helped us through every step within our time frame to refinance.

Process was very streamlined and quick. Very quick responses from all envoy members. Tom Ammons was very helpful, responsive, and attentive, allowing us to communicate later at night when our Toddler was finally asleep!

Being a first time homebuyer can be stressful and confusing. Shane made sure to take the time to answer any and all of my questions, and seemed to know my follow up questions, giving me all the answers I needed and more. Shane took the time out of his day to answer all of my phone calls, even when they were relatively late. If he didn?t answer, he?d call me back in a few minutes or send me a text, politely telling me he was a bit busy. 12/10 would recommend.
