Tim takes the time every time you speak with him to make sure your understand. He presented us with several options so we could decide what worked best for us. Other places don?t do this for their customers! His knowledge, understanding, and passion are unmatched by anyone that I have ever dealt with. For any future mortgage needs we will only work with Tim!! I highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed!!!

You helped and adviced us in anticipating and sorting issues that could have negatively affected our mortgage. You were always very responsive and this helped us made an offer really quickly when time was critical. Even before buying the new house, you were always there with calculations and pre-approval for the other houses that we considered buying. Last, but not least, you could help us get a really good mortgage rate and provided us with a mortgage recast option when we didn't know we could.

Nicole was extremely responsive and helpful answering all our questions. She was patient and kept us up to date as we waited for rates to drop to where we wanted them. Once we locked in she continued to keep us updated throughout the entire process. It was quick, easy and pretty painless overall. I still have family and friends who are still waiting to close who started the process around the same time as us.

It was a very pleasant experience. I've worked with Virna many times and hope to work with her in the future. She's very thorough and responsive. Her customer service is second to none.

It has been a pleasure working with Alissa. Refinance process was pretty seamless as all the details were communicated. Very quick and accommodating in last minute changes. Overall I am happy with the level of service received and would definitely recommend to others.
