Dave and his team were very helpful and patient during the whole refinance process. They take a major event for most people, whether it?s buying or refinancing a home, and remove the stress for the customer. Greg Lapp was such an amazing man he took time to help and explain at every stage of the process. He was always available even took time from the pool at one point to explain what was going on. Much thanks to Kim Bates for all the help with the it wasn't easy especially during this time with the pandemic.
