In 2025, as summer began transitioning to fall, I started to look for my first home. I was not sure if I was ready, and spent weeks learning about various banks, lenders, and mortgage companies before I began the pre-approval process. I read through Nishawn?s literature, and reached out one evening after work. Immediately I knew who I wanted to work with. She was available when I needed, despite my erratic schedule. She was extremely professional and very patient. She made the process feel intuitive. Her loan scenarios were detailed, and the turn around was so quick, it felt like she knew the addresses before I did. She made me feel like she was working around the clock just for me, although I know she had other obligations. I would love to work with her again, but I?ve found a home I love, and won?t be moving anytime soon.

Great advice

Adam Schmidt and his team were able to get me a $450,000 house with no money down thru my VA loan. They also refunded me a $700 appraisal fee...Refunded me a $1000 deposit fee. And paid off a $3000 dollar credit card debt through what i believe is new buyers credit...Finally Adam made the whole process quick and easy...he was available 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns I might have had...I was able to close on my house in about 40 days...Thank you Envoy Mortgage and Adam for making my home buying process simple.

Travis and his team are amazing! I have worked with multiple lenders over the years for the purchase of homes in several states and this experience was by far the best we've had.
