Professional and fast responses

Connor and the team were excellent at communication, and helped us through a fairly complicated process with a minimum of hitches. As retirees, we had a somewhat different financial situation from the usual mortgage applicant, and they were patient with our unusual needs working with standardized forms. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Fast friendly service..

Well I HAVE to say this to compete with my husband's rave review, but Chandler is actually amazing. He makes sure you get his messages, but never in a way that is annoying or over the top. As an anxious person, I really like receiving information in multiple ways. He's also super kind and funny, which I suppose are bonus features in this business, but it sure makes the whole process more pleasant. He also is able to answer any questions confidently and clearly. We're lucky he was our guy for our home buying experience in Eau Claire, which was a cross-country move and complicated in many ways. Lastly, he likes cats and coffee, so...need I say more?
