We had so many things crop up during the process, between things regarding our bankruptcy and properties that had HOA rules that FHA wouldn't approve, and Kent kept us up to date and worked harder than I or my wife would have ever expected to help us secure this home. He was always willing to explain and find any answers to questions that we had pertaining to buying a home. I really appreciate all the help he and Jen gave us!

Kelly and her team were absolutely wonderful! They were very responsive to any and all questions. Even up to the night before closing when there were some concerns about increased closing costs. Not only did they resolve the issue, but they helped resolve expected closing costs to significantly lower then we anticipated which was a HUGE win for us! Thank you Kelly!
