National Mortgage Lender COO Recognized by Mortgage Women Magazine as a 2019 Women with Vision

Mortgage Women Magazine and 20/20 Vision for Success Coaching released their annual awards that recognize women within the mortgage and real estate industries for their professionalism, visionary leadership and their ability to inspire professional and personal success amongst their colleagues. Envoy Mortgage COO, Kim Hoffman, CMB, AMP, was among the candidates recognized for the “2019 Women with Vision” award.

With a background exceeding 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry and the acquisition of countless other accolades throughout the expanse of her career, Hoffman is seen as a game-changing business asset to her colleagues and peers.

In just one short year, Hoffman has transformed the Operations Department at Envoy Mortgage by initiating operational advances and applying modern processes.  Her latest advancement in upfront underwriting, synchronizes multiple operational processes, allowing Envoy customers to move seamlessly through the mortgage timeline, securing a closing time of up to 12 days faster.

“Kim is the fundamental link that helps us break down big data into actionable insights. We apply her value-added learnings to ultimately improve process times and create faster turnarounds, allowing for a more intuitive mortgage experience and the reparation of the current dialogue between our loan originators and borrowers. Working with Kim has not only added value to my career, but has motivated me to expand my skillset and reach for goals that I thought were previously unattainable,” said Kat Melgar, Envoy director of operations, initiatives.

Nationwide, Hoffman is known for her expertise and industry insights on topics ranging from servicing, originations, compliance private banking, operations, process improvement, technology and service delivery. She is also regularly invited to speak at nationally known, industry-related conferences, such as, NEXT, a women’s mortgage tech summit and was recently named a “2019 Women of Influence” by HousingWire. Hoffman will also be serving as chair in the 2019 Digital Summit’s “Women in Mortgage Tech” Segment.

As an advocate for inspiring others to achieve their highest potential, Hoffman has a deeply-rooted philosophy that crosses international barriers and brings associates together to ensure personal and professional development.

Hoffman is the forerunner in many educational and career development programs at Envoy and travels to India annually to ensure remote teams have access to company culture and input regarding current workflow transactions within the company.  This year, while in India, she made it her primary objective to donate two water systems to impoverished schools, expanding her philanthropic influence globally.
