Juan was very informative and was upfront if he didn?t know the answer to a question we asked but he would always find the answer for us. I really liked that he was honest about that instead of feeding us information that may not have been correct. He was easy to get a hold of via text and would check in with us regularly via text and phone calls. He walked us through every step of the way, explaining what everything was.
