Velasquez Family

Sandra Velasquez is a Senior Patient Representative at Children’s Pediatricians & Associates in Frederick, Maryland. She works the front lines for many hours at the clinic each day. She saw many coronavirus cases at her clinic, and it has been a tough time for her whole team.

Sandra is a parent of four teenage boys who have attended school online since March 2020. Her mother was even furloughed from her job due to the coronavirus.

Her biggest challenge was working three different jobs simultaneously to support her family as she is their only source of income.

However, her biggest blessing was the ability to be at home with her boys and still pay her mortgage!
