Roan King did a wonderful job with my home mortgage. The process was very easy. Travis took the time to explain all of our options and answer our questions without hesitation. He was extremely responsive to emails. Upon making our decision, the Envoy group kept us informed each step of the way. Every deadline they projected was accurate and the signing process was less than 10 minutes. If you have a busy life and you don't want to add more meetings or phone calls to your schedule, this is the way to go.

Thorough and easy

Kylie was very communicative throughout the process. She was happy to answer 100% of my questions, even when they seemed never-ending.

My refinance was a very easy process. Jason was very hands on throughout the entire process and kept me informed as to what was going on. He listened to my needs and provided a refinance solution that met those needs. Anytime I reached out to him, he responded with a very quick turnaround. Jason is very pleasant to talk to and explains things very well.

Jenny has always taken care of my questions and request. She answers is a timely manner. I wil;l continue to take all my business to her.
