For us, this was a very long, and at times, stressful process. If something could go wrong, it did, but Anthony and the Envoy team never gave up. He always made us feel like there was a light at the end of the tunnel. I would recommend Anthony and the Envoy Mortgage team to anyone looking for a mortgage. They will not disappoint you.

This entire first time buyer experience was kinda crazy, ESPN with it being a VA loan and all the particulars that come with it. Anthony and his team worked with us with true leadership from day one until the ink was dry. We had so many bumps that we had to go over and had many many issues come up, none of our fault and none of Anthony?s teams. They helped us get over every single on of them and get the job done! Anthony is a superhero!

The services were exceptional

First I would start with Tim being upfront and honest. Being a first time home buyer, I had no clue where to even start but Tim Jacobs literally explained everything step by step and really there was so much that I didn?t think a closing date would ever come. Tim guided me and answered every question I had. His knowledge in this field is unbelievable. Everything is explained an understandable manner, everything's in black and white...no grey areas. Follow ups and coordination are on point and precise from start to finish. Easy to work with.
