James and the Envoy team made the process very simple to get the mortgage for our first home. James was always there when needed for questions or just a calming voice to get through the process. Would recommend James and the Envoy team to anyone.

What made this experience great was how easy Brian and his team made the whole process. They gave me a list of what I needed to provide and they did the rest while the whole time explaining what all was being done. Always had me in the loop. They are a great team. Friendly and hardworking
