Cathy was great to work with in the whole process. She was very responsive and got everything done that needed to be in a very timely and professional manner. She is dedicated at what she does. She is also very knowledgeable, and will always have an answer to your question. I would recommend Envoy and Cathy to anyone looking to purchase a home that is in need of a loan to do so. I originally was going to use a company like Rocket Mortgage, but the customer support was almost nonexistent.

Sarah always makes the time to answer my questions and makes sure I understood the process. She is always so fast to get back to me and always takes my calls. This is the second time my husband and I have used her and both times she was awesome.

For the times that I purchased my home (Covid craziness) Envoy was able to get my paperwork in and completed fairly quickly. Tim Nykamp was always willing to talk with me and explain things to me that I didn?t understand. Overall, my experience with Envoy was great!

Ellen was fantastic throughout the whole process. She assisted us so much to make sure the process went smooth. I though the IDHA would be a more complicated process but Ellen breezed us through that with no problems. As a first time home buyer, she took away many of my worries. Even my attorney told me that the whole process with Envoy was one of the smoothest he has been through.
