In between Tonja Gebert and Laura Ramon, all of my questions and necessities of the process were answered and/or worked through in a very timely and efficient manner. Tonja even found and helped me fix the credit issue I didn't know was hampering my score. Very much appreciated that help and the friendly professionalism throughout the whole process.

Frankly, Thomas and Envoy were the only element of our selling and buying process that was absolutely air tight. The best rate we got along with the best possible communication and a partner we could 100% rely on. I could not possibly recommend Thomas and his team more. I will be sending literally anyone I know who is purchasing a house in this area to him, without even a moments hesitation. He was incredible for us.

Jonathan Koester and his team at Envoy Mortgage are the best! From start to finish their service was exemplary. I am a first time home buyer, and Jonathan's team put together great resources which helped me understand where I was in the homebuying process and what to expect next. They were all responsive and took time to answer my questions and explain things that were not clear to me. I was impressed with how fast we closed - 36 days!!! And I used both a VA Loan and down payment assistance!

As a first time buyer I was quite nervous and unsure about the process of applying for a mortgage. Virna was always easy to reach and more than willing to take the extra time to explain different aspects in detail. The email updates along the way were very helpful to keep track of how far along we were and what needed to be done to advance to the next step.
