Stephen is intelligent, understanding, and insanely responsive. As a first time homeowner, I had 1000 stupid questions, and he answered every single one of them without hesitation. Couldn't have asked for a better loan officer.

Transitioning from the military, my wife and I had no vision in terms of purchasing a home. We were timid due to the fact that we were both uneducated as to how home loans work, including VA loans. Stephen lead us through every step of the process and reassured us when we were not understanding the certain milestones of the process. He is a caring individual and would communicate with me after hours. If I needed to speak to him, he would listen, guide us, and assist any way we requested.

Easy to talk to

The whole process was very good

Communication was great throughout. Never waited for updates. If we had any questions, someone always answered the phone. If not available, message was left and we received a call back immediately nor did we have to wait for email responses either. Very knowledgeable for V.A. process and what was needed.

James and his team made this process very simple for me and he was willing to talk me through each step whenever I had a question. Communication was consistent and brought a level of comfort in this unfamiliar process

Joe was on top of everything and quick to answer any questions we had. This was an extremely smooth process!
