Doug and his team were on top of every document, keeping me up to date with progress, making sure that things were done in a timely fashion. I have friends who made offers on houses in June STILL waiting on closing! My offer was accepted late July, and we closed August 30th. Doug and his team had my closing documents ready to go 7 days prior! Throughout this experience, this was the ONLY part I was NEVER nervous or stressed over. THANK YOU!!!!

He was persistent on tracking the best rates, locked us in quickly, sent all documents with precision within the matter of two days so that we would not have to worry as we ventured on vacation. Ryan was very responsive.
Also, his presentations were very clear and easy to understand. It made decision making easy.
A couple times the tech had sticky spots and he walked me through them with very clear instructions.

worked with Bette the last home I bought and was glad to use her expertise this time especially since this home was bought with my daughter so it was a little more complicated. Any issues we had were promptly resolved. Would use Bette again.

The communication and the effort

Sarah and Neil went above and beyond what I knew possible in the home buying process. I would love to provide some constructive criticism but I truly don?t have any. Their knowledge and thoroughness are unparalleled. They answered every phone call, every email and every question at any time day or night. I will not use a different lender so long as they are employed at Envoy Mortgage. If they were to leave? my business would follow. They?re that good. 12/10 stars. Would recommend.
