Zack was professional throughout every step of the loan process. Whenever he needed a document from me, he always communicated right away. Whenever he needed something signed, he would let me know. Couldn't have gone any smoother and I will always refer him.

As a first time home buyer I guess I didn't really have much to go on as far as experience but I know that anytime I had a question it was answered literally within minutes!! And when I heard the realtors talking at closing it solidified my beliefs that I made the correct decision going with Envoy, as all 3 people involved couldn't believe how smoothly settlement went. They all agreed that they have seen cash settlements take longer than ours did!! We really can't thank the Envoy team enough for helping us through our questions as well as making everything so organized and an unbelievably fast settlement!! If there is ever another home purchase in my future, Envoy will be my Lender!! Thank you again everyone involved!!

My wife did the majority of the communication, but from what I gathered, Zach was very helpful and available whenever she needed to bend his ear. He explained the steps throughout and when I had some questions about the breakdown of the money and what to expect at closing, Zach soothed my fears and explained the financial breakdown really well. I have no bad things to say and it was a very positive experience! Thank you!
