Everything throughout the process was explained in a way that could be easily understood. Being first time home-buyers, that really helped us remain at ease during a stressful time.

Trent was exceptionally attentive and communicative, always there with a phone call not only when things changed unexpectedly but also just to check in when things were moving along quietly. He was persistent in the face of the many challenges that arose along the entire journey of buying our home. My husband and I are in a unique financial situation and did not think we would actually be able to buy a home for several years, but Trent was resourceful and thorough and able to help us get qualified now. We really just initially called to see if we could come up with a 1-3 year plan but were surprised and amazed that we could move forward now! Lennox was also very responsive and helpful. This team really blew us away and I will be recommending them highly to anyone I know looking to buy!!!

I am a first time home owner. I previously was in contact with another company before switching to Michael at Envoy. Switching to him was the best decision I could have ever made. Being a first time home buyer, I had lots of questions and Michael never made me feel silly for asking them. He explained everything in great detail and truly made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The previous company didn?t want to deal with Union paychecks however Michael truly went above and beyond to make everything work and really addressed all of my worries. I work in healthcare and even though I did not have time to constantly be on the phone , Michael made the process so easy for me considering how busy my schedule was with three jobs. I would truly recommend Michael to any friend or family of mine!!!! I also learned so much through the process from him taking the time to explain everything to me over and over again until I finally got it ! The previous company traumatized me from asking questions but Michael encouraged me to ask any question. I really am thankful to have worked with someone so knowledgeable and patient.
