Brandon was incredibly helpful through the entire process. He was always available whenever we had any questions. Great experience from prequalification through closing!

What made it great is knowing I could message Chuck and know I'd get a response fairly quick. Being a first time homebuyer I had a lot of question and things I didn't understand. It felt good to know that Chuck was readily available to answer all my questions.
