Communication was excellent. I appreciated that as the listing agent I was kept informed.

Dago was great and always accessible. His team were also accommodating at the last minute when the underwriter threw out a last minute call out a couple days before closing and going into the weekend. It wasn't his or his teams fault, but the mistake of the underwriter not catching it. We fixed the problem over the weekend (Exposed outside wire) and got a picture to Dago, who quickly got to the underwriter dept. for the on time Monday closing! Thanks Dago!

Effective communication

Working with James is always a pleasure! He keeps everyone up to date with the status of the loan always moved things along as fast as possible. I always look forward to working with him!

The level of response was exceptional. I had a night where I was on the phone with Travis at 10:30pm trying to figure out details. The process overall was made to be very simple.

Their availability to answer questions. Their willingness to help with other financial related to the process. Virna was always available to go over each of our financial numbers to confirm our ability to go forward with the loan we needed.
