Wally was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions! As first-time home buyers, we didn't really know the process at all, but Wally took his time to walk us through everything and made sure we understood every step. I've only bought one house, but from talking to people who had different mortgage servicers, I honestly think you're doing a disservice to yourself if you don't work with Wally when buying a home.
