Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with, they explained things when i had questions and they worked hard to get me the best deal possible.

Awesome to work with.

Amber was thrown a curve ball by buyer's income suddenly exceeding the USDA requirements for qualification. This was the 11th hour before closing. She had to shift gears to an FHA loan and a CalHfa 2nd and gift $ and a new appraisal. She worked so hard to get us closed and accomplished the shift with only a 2 week delay. Although it was frustrating for the clients - I was amazed by all she accomplished! Like a boss!

Gaye was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and thorough. In fact we close before time. My clients was very pleased with the process. I will always prefer my clients to Gaye. I love the way she works and stay on top of things. 5 stars plus
