Ben's team turned this file around quickly and efficiently, allowing the buyer to close early. The buyer chose to work with them versus the incentives from the builder's lender. I always sleep better at night with Ben and his team working on a transaction!

This was my 2nd time buying a house and the first time around was a complete nightmare (different mortgage company). I was referred to John by a Longterm friend, who assured me that John is the guy you want to work with, and she was right (Thank you Sarah Diaz). He's always reachable when you need him, explains the whole process from the beginning to the end, which is more than important if you don't know what you're doing or what to expect. He's patient, understanding and ready to work with you and your needs. My first house took about 5 months to even get to the closing process with the nightmare mortgage company. I was constantly calling, sending emails and trying to find out what's going on or what the holdup is etc. With John, he told me from day 1, what to expect, what he needs from me, what I need in order to get where I want etc. Took us a short 2 months (maybe a little less than that) to close DURING THE HOLIDAYS at that, which we all know is not easy! I think John truly makes magic happen (depending on your financial situation) ... I won't be going to anyone else when it comes time to buy another house and I will be recommending anybody who is ready to buy his way. Thanks for all that you do John!!
