As first time homebuyers, the process felt overwhelming at times, but Jennifer made it much easier for us. She was always courteous, upbeat, and genuinely eager to help whenever we had questions or concerns. Even when we ran into a few hiccups toward the end, Jennifer stayed on top of everything and made sure it all got taken care of. Her communication and positive attitude really helped keep us at ease throughout the process. We?re very grateful for her support and would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying a home, especially first time buyers.

No in person meetings, just quick and easy

My experience with buying my first home was stressfree and very easy. Going in I was nervous about everything from being accepted to understanding the ins and outs of a mortgage. Aubrey made sure to breakdown everything, made steps to reach my goals, and found affordable loan offers that I did not expect to have. I went in hearing how stressful and time consuming house buying can be but did not experience that. With Aubrey being readily avaliable to always help or answer questions this was more stress free than anticipated.
Everything I needed was always avaliable through the app. There were always well detailed instructions or information when looking at breakdowns or the logistics of the paperwork.
Overall I don't think I could've had a more stress free experience applying for a mortgage and buying my first home.

Virna walked me through all the steps and was quick to respond when I had questions. It had been 30+ years since I had purchased a home and and Virna knew that a lot had changed. She was sure to explain everything. The whole process with Virna and Envoy started with pre-approval and ended with a purchase after a few months. There were unexpected issues re: Condo master insurance and the home assessment. Virna quickly assisted to solve these issues with my real estate broker and kept me informed and positive that things would work out. I appreciate her time, conscientousness, and thoroughness. She was lovely to work with and made a difficult process so much easier!

Well being a first time home buyer, no matter the ammount of research i did to prepare, I still felt uneasy getting involved in this process. With the hlep of the Envoy Team that uneasiness faded away with the clear and effective communication from them. They also were extremely informative which helped me even more during the home buying process. Thank you all for the taking pride in your profession, the difference is clear. Or maybe i'm biased because this was my first home loan lol. Have a lovely Day!
