Once we were ready, Chris and his team made everything go smoothly.

Purchasing a home can be a complex and overwhelming process due to the significant decision and long-term commitment involved. Chris and his team were consistently available to answer any questions that arose, regardless of how small, and they always did so with patience and professionalism. At no point did we feel uncomfortable asking questions, even when they were basic or repetitive. The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish, and I would confidently recommend Chris to anyone considering a home purchase.

Jake and Tiffany are the epitome of greatness, They are very thorough and clear, working with them made the homebuying experience a lot less stressful. I can tell they genuinely want their clients to succeed in life and buying a home is just one of those steps that will ultimately get you to the endgame of financial and life stabilit. I have zero complaints and whenever I can, I will refer them. 10/10 experience.

Everything went smooth

The process was mostly good. There was a little trouble at the end with gift letters and funds but we strightened it out!

Jake's obvious knowledge, expertise, professionalism, accuracy, and enthusiasm contributed to our outstanding experienc.

Tara answered EVERY single question I asked. She pleasantly answered some the questions twice. Tara introduced and integrated her Team, all were informative and consistent. As I spoke to them individually or as a group, everyone current as to the stage in the process. I am extremely grateful for each person and the care each provided while carrying out their tasks. Every person on the Team explained the steps of the mortgage process and kept me away of what to expect next. I found them to be professional, personable, and transparent throughout the process of servicing my loan. If someone had the opportunity to work with Tara and her team, I would highly recommend.

Janice was wonderful to work with. Very quick to respond and willing to answer all our questions, no matter how many times we asked! Janice and her team made this such a fun, rewarding experience!
