Just the overall experience.

The whole team were always there to answer my questions, no matter how many I had. I was worried about the whole process but immediately told me that was their job. Their process was very simple with everything required spelled out.

Britta made the mortgage process easy to understand and she is always quick to respond.

Heather demonstrated excellent communication throughout the process, making everything smooth and easy. Whenever I had questions, she provided detailed explanations that gave my wife and me peace of mind.

Myrick talked through all the financial information and ensured we were comfortable with the process. His personal style put us at ease. Purchasing a home long distance could be stressful, but Myrick and his team made it easy!

Kris was so easy to work with. She was very responsive, patiently explained everything, and worked SO hard to make sure I got the house I wanted. I cannot sing her praises enough. I hope I don't need to buy a house again anytime soon, but if I did, I would absolutely work with Kris again. I will suggest that anyone who needs a loan talk to her.
