Mike truly went above and beyond answering all my questions, explaining things where I felt comfortable, and had a very quick response time. I never felt like I was just a number or a dollar sign. I walked into a home-purchasing experienced somewhat unprepared. (My own fault...) Michael and his team were very compassionate and understanding through the entire process. They always helped me be prepared for the "next step" in the process, answering all my questions and providing me all applicable options at those steps.
