Jeff was very responsive from the beginning. Always available to answer any questions I had and to jump on a call with me to walk me through the process and what to expect.

Very understanding and patient with walking us through the process with thus being our first home. Love that he is also available to take a call if you ever need help!

Julie and her team at Envoy were amazing at navigating everything. The only sticking point we had was the Title Company not fully checking our paperwork at closing and not noticing spots with missing signatures.

The whole team was very responsive and timely. always understood our concerns and always made it clear that there are no wrong questions . never felt afriad to ask for more clarification on anything relating to the whole process. additionally , it's comforting knowing that their expertise is still there even after we've closed on our house . It was made clear that they are still actively willing and able to help.

The entire time of the transaction Chris was always there for any problems or questions we had. We made several changes during the process and never once de Chris seem to resent having to make changes. He was constantly in communication with us either via phone, email or text.
