We started out with a different lender that had given us a pre approval that was not accurate. When we went under contract, our original lender stopped responding and our real estate agent referred us to Aubrey. She jumped on it so fast and helped us correct what the original lender missed. She was very helpful and communicative, and she made the home purchase happen for us. We are very thankful!

I went into my house buying process a little sour from a previously poor experience. When I reacehd out to Kris regarding my situation, I was welcomed with kindess and a "I got you" attitude! From there I felt communication was top notch, I learned a lot from Kris and how the process works, and I was assured that she was going to do everything she could to make it happen. And she did! I am forever grateful for the experience I had at Envoy, and would absolutely recommend then for mortgage financing to anyone who is looking to buy or refinance a home.

George was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like I was dealing with somebody who really knew his stuff. He was also very responsive so I didn't feel like I was falling through the cracks. There were times I would reach out late in the evening and get a response, as well as hear back early the following morning. Did he sleep? Not sure.

This was our first home, so we don't have any other lenders to compare him to, but our realtor spoke highly of his team's ability to perform and close in a short period of time.
