Chris always had a solution to whatever issue popped up with my loan and the paperwork. He is super knowledgable about his profession and it showed in every conversation we shared. He was quick to reply to my many questions at any time, day or night- and his responses were clearly communicted so there was no misunderstanding. His responses were thorough so there was no doubt in my understanding of what he was communicating. He did a great job and I'm glad he was my loan officer.
