I worked with Julian for several years while searching for a home, and I?m so glad I had him throughout this entire journey. I recently closed on a conventional loan, and Julian played a huge role in making that happen.

He was always clear in explaining everything and incredibly responsive whenever I had questions. What really stood out was how efficient he was?my contract required a faster-than-usual timeline, with a shortened closing period and a 14-day loan contingency, and he was able to move everything along quickly to meet those deadlines.

He also helped me get home insurance quotes, which was something I needed to finalize the loan. Throughout the entire process, I felt confident knowing I had someone reliable handling things on the lending side.

As long as you do your part and provide what?s needed, Julian will make the process as smooth and fast as possible. I?d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a loan.
