Jermaine worked with me the entire way to close on my house. He answered late emails and provided esimated for all the cases I wanted to view.

Jennifer and the Envoy team were great to work with. My one qualm came in the last moments of closing. It felt as if information anou what was needed for final loan approval was being changed/things were added at the last second. It was stressful as it was the night before I was supposed to collect the key.
