Communication was great. These guys were more than fair and patient and truly have their clients best interest in mind, which is refreshing.

Kelly always followed up and made sure I was on track with my paperwork. She was helpful throughout the whole process.

John and the rest of his team from Envoy made the mortgage process seamless, stress-free, and incredibly smooth. Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to customer service were evident in every step. They took the time to explain all my options, worked through multiple scenarios with me and answered questions promptly. Excellent communication and very proactive throughout the entire loan process.

Paul has amazing communication skills , every time things changed; he made sure to communicate that immediately so we could figure out what the next steps would have to be. He was very informative when I asked questions and broke things down as much as he could being that i am a first time home owner and am only 23 so there are some financial aspects that I am still learning.
