I was an out of state investor, so coordinnating this effort of buying a second home was challenging. Jeff was an excellent communicator, it was a 30 day escrow over the holidays. I work long hours in a state that is 2 hours behind California and he worked with me in his after hours and really made a great effort in helping this come together so quickly. He worked well with the whole team of my realtor, and the title company and with me. He was very patient, I was a nervous and inexperienced new investor in the area and he was very good about taking the time to answer all my questions very clearly.
