Steve was great the entire process from start to finish for closing on my house. He was available for me whenever I had questions and always stopped to explain everything out to me. Really felt like he had not only my best interests in mind the entire time but also made sure to keep everyone else in the process on schedule. Can not say enough how much I appreciated working with someone who communicates so clearly.

Lauren always made herself available to me when I had questions. Also, she cared about my bottom line and tried to ensure I felt comfortable before moving froward with an offer. She got me a great rate too, so I am happy!

Sarah is so friendly, and is always easy to get in touch with! She is clearly very knowledgeable and was able to explain all of our options to us so we always felt like we were making the right decisions. I never felt like she was trying to sell us anything or push anything, I truly believe she just wants to do what is best for her clients!

Jennifer made us feel like we mattered and although we initially made contact on a weekend, and on her own birthday no less- she got right to work helping us to quickly get pre-approved for the home we were racing against the clock to put an offer in on. Her selflessness made all the difference. She was communicative and kept everything moving forward. As a first time home buyer, it's so important to find positive people who want to help. After a bad experience with a couple other lenders, including one that was much slower to respond, we quickly realized Jennifer was going to be our mortgage person. She made the process clear and saved us a lot of regret by getting us handled in record timing ahead of any other lender. We are forever grateful our realtor recommended switching to her and would highly recommend to anyone.
