Sarah, has worked with me and my husband for something like 7 years, helping us fix our credit, advising us what to do and what not to do. When we were finally pre approved for our first house loan, I of course had lots and lots of questions thru the whole process, never once did I feel like I was being a pain to her or any of her staff, they were all very helpful right up until we signed and got the keys.
