Excellent customer service

By and large my home buying experience was in a word, frustrating. But it had nothing to do with Melisa and Katie at Envoy. In fact, those lovely ladies helped me through every tough time and helped me over come every obstacle. They were there with a listening ear and a kind email when things were getting to the point that I just wanted to give up. Now that I am in my home, I am eternally grateful for their hard work and perseverance. I whole heartedly recommend them.

Katie is all around helpful and friendly. She was wonderful to work with. Our home but experience was smooth and easy.

Dawn was amazing and helped us through some difficult situations and made our dream home a reality!

Jenni, Vicki and their team were consistently communicative and I felt that they provided a higher level of personal service and committment.

John stayed in touch with me from the beginning of the process from the pre-approval to closing of the loan. If I had any questions, I reached out to him and he got back to me in a timely matter. He was able to explain or clarify anything that I did not understand or was confusing during the entire process. He also went to bat for me to get the lowest interest rate possible on my loan which made the new house more affordable for me. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Vincent was absolutely amazing from the first time we spoke. He was patient, professional, informative, always available to talk no matter the time of day, and made our first home buying experience EASY. He made promises and definitely delivered. Vincent went above and beyond for us the during the entire process. I don?t think we could of done it without him and we look forward to working with him again in the future. He is reliable and is absolutely an asset to the Envoy team.
