We could not be happier with the envoy mortgage team and especially Nicole she made the homebuying process so easy and pleasant. As first time homebuyers we had no idea what we were doing but we felt supported every step of the way by Nicole. It was Great because we got to build up our credit scores in the process. John Tuggle acted as mentor as well during the process because we never owned a home before he explained everything in detailed and if we didn?t understand something he simplified the answer the best way that he could so we could understand. Sometimes I would call him after hours and he would talk to me and explain what we have to do we overall had a great experience.
