Kenny has been there for us since we purchase our home in November. Our original lady went out for surgery so he was thrown in the mix and done a fantastic job so we decided to use him again when we refinanced and were not disappointed. If we were emailing and there was something I didn't quite understand he made it a point to call us asap even on weekends to explain what we were going to be doing. Kenny is so kind and patient, I know he is a great asset for Envoy.
