Before I started on looking to purchase a house, I heard from many people that buying a house it can be overwhelming. Working with Nick made all this process very easy and understanding and not overwhelming at all .

As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions about the financial aspect of buying a home. Kevin was able to help me understand what I would need to make the process as quick and easy as possible. He answered all my questions in a timely manner, which was no easy task for him because of my work schedule, and he was able to help get me approved when we hit a few snags in the process. Overall, he was friendly and willing to do what he could to help me finance my home.

Some time was wasted in the beginning because we chose a different lender and if we knew then what we know now Envoy would of been our number one choice.
