Adriana was a great support. Really explained the process to me and took me step by step through the process. She was very informative with how the loan process was going to be and was extremely generous with her time. She always made herself available whether it was by phone, or email she was always there. It was great knowing that I had someone there to guide me step by step. She's fantastic and very pleasant. Very sweet and despite all the little challenges everything worked out in the end.

Jessica was there to answer all my questions and did so in a timely matter. I was never talked down to or shrugged off for not knowing things, they were explained to me so I could understand them. Overall amazing communication that made buying my first home painless. Will definitely recommend to others and use in the future myself if needed.

Mark, Cheryl & the entire Envoy Team were amazing. We had a clear to close in 2 weeks & our loan closed 3 weeks after my initial contact with Mark. Amazing feat in these crazy, challenging times. Highly recommend Mark & his team. I have friends who started the re-fi process long before we did with other lenders & they still do not know if/when they will ever close.

Shane was there the whole step of they way. He would reply at any time of day to answer any questions I had. He also kept me updated on everything through the whole process

From the beginning Kevin was very attentive to my needs. I was actually deciding between a local lender and an online lender. The online lender was very helpful throughout the process, and when making my decision ask if the local lender would be there at 7:30pm as they were at the time!! I ask that they please listen in as I call on speaker phone with my cell phone, Kevin answered!! I apologised for calling Kevin so late, and made my decision the following day!! Thanks Kevin!!
