Melanie Campbell made every step easy and convenient. She was very professional and cautious during this uncertain time. I was able to sign most of my documents over the computer. This was the easiest re-fi process I have ever been a part of.

We can't say enough positive things about Kylie! She was incredible to work with. She kept us updated throughout the process, was immediate with all of her responses, and answered every question we had with so much detail. This was our first home so being new to the whole experience was a little scary. Kylie was available at all times and made the whole process smooth and stress free!

John was transparent about what the market was up to, which with these crazy times, was very much appreciated. He also helped crunch the numbers in a very timely fashion which helped us make the best decision for ourselves.

My experience with Kelle was stellar. I was interested in refinancing during the start of this crazy pandemic and she is super knowledgeable and honest! Kelle was always available through phone call, text and/or email. She was happy to answer any questions and provided me with different scenarios (different terms and rates) when asked. Thank you for dealing with my morning ?what?s the rate now? and ?what if? texts! This transaction was seamless and would definitely recommend her!
